Joseph Patton is an Associate Director of Career Advising & Education at the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He coaches students to accomplish successful career outcomes and is an executive coach and author, who has instructed at the undergraduate, graduate and executive education levels. Prior to joining Kellogg in November 2013, Patton was a Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in New York, where he served as an Investment Strategist.

LaTonya Wilkins is a lecturer at the Kellogg School with a focus on leadership development and communications.
