Description & Details
School leadership requires an ever-evolving skill set and school culture can be at the very heart of your success as a leader. Many may lack the formal training required to manage the leadership challenges we continue to face, but we will come together to hear from national experts in support of our collective success. You are invited to join other divisional leaders in a supportive community where we will focus on the development of a healthy school culture while also participating in a “bootcamp” session that will provide guidance on fundamental legal principles and best practices to avoid liability.
Additional sessions will feature a panel of successful heads of school to share their unique leadership journeys, divisional conversations, and practice with a powerful consulting protocol. We hope you will join ISACS colleagues at the 2025 Academy for Division Heads—where conversations are not to be missed!

During online registration, you will be prompted to acknowledge the ISACS Policies & Disclaimers for Professional Learning Events. ISACS reserves the right to revoke the registration and end the participation of any registrant, school, or school community that does not follow these policies and disclaimers.
Hotel Accommodations
ISACS has secured special discounted room rates at the Kimpton Gray Hotel at the rate of $139/night plus tax (single or double occupancy) for the nights of Wednesday, February 5 – Thursday, February 6. The discounted rate is available until Midnight CST on January 16, 2025. If availability allows, the hotel will honor extended reservations three days before and three days after the Academy. Reservations must be cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night room and tax.

Registration Fees & Details
- $585 per person from an ISACS member school.
- $660 per person from a non-ISACS member school.
- Each participant must register themselves for the Academy.
- There is no group discount for the Academy.
- The registration fee includes 2 continental breakfasts, 2 lunches, and all sessions and activities.
- Once registered, you will receive an automatic confirmation email.
- ISACS will send a final confirmation to registrants about one week prior to the Academy.
- All registrants must have a Contact Record in the database in order to register for any ISACS event.
Cancellation & Questions
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations for the Academy must be received in writing to ISACS by emailing programinfo@isacs.org 10 business days prior to the Academy to receive a refund. ISACS will determine the refund amount, if any. Registration may be transferred to another member from the same school until February 5. If you are feeling ill or experiencing any flu-like symptoms, please remain at home.
