Shelagh (pronounced “Sheila”) Donnelly began her career in the corporate sector and has been a software trainer, and has “walked your walk” in education – first in K-12, and then in higher education. Donnelly was a direct report to four CEOs and worked alongside four board chairs. She travels internationally to challenge, educate, and inspire assistants who want to perform at a high level. Her extensive client list ranges from assistants and employers in education, healthcare and utilities to corporations including the NBA. She brings insights and pragmatic ideas to help assistants build confidence, resilience, communication, influence, committee and meeting effectiveness, cyber awareness, governance, and more.
Dana Fattore Crumley, partner, Franczek PC speaks on education law topics, including teacher employment and dismissal, special education, student records and confidentiality, and student discipline. She has taught school law classes at Loyola University’s Graduate School of Education, the University of Illinois at Chicago and Roosevelt University, and has served as a member and president of the Winnetka Public Schools District 36 Board of Education. Prior to joining the firm, Crumley was a public school teacher.

Registration Fees & Details
- $375 per person for ISACS Members.
- $450 per person for Non-Members.
- Each participant must register themselves for the workshop.
- There is no group discount for this workshop.
- The workshop includes coffee/tea, continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.
- Once registered, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. ISACS will send a final confirmation approximately one-week prior to the workshop
REGISTRATION TIPS
- In order to register for any ISACS event, you MUST create an account and/or be logged into your account.
- If you are a New User or have not yet signed into the new system:
- When you begin the registration process you will be prompted to "Sign up".
- Please enter your school email address and create a new password. Everyone MUST create a new password.
- You will then be asked to verify your email address.
- After verifying your email, you will prompted to enter/update your profile information.
- After saving your information, you will now be able to complete the registration process.
- If you have previously logged into the new system and updated your information:
- When you begin the registration process please make sure to use the "Log In" tab during the sign-up process.
Cancellation & Questions?
Cancellation Policy for ISACS In-Person Workshops
Cancellations for workshops held at the ISACS classroom must be received in writing to ISACS by emailing programinfo@isacs.org 10 business days prior to the event to receive a refund. ISACS will determine the refund amount, if any, on a per workshop basis and may be unable to determine the refund amount until the workshop’s conclusion. At any time, registration may be transferred to another member from the same school. If a workshop has a waitlist and ISACS can identify a replacement, a full refund will be provided. ISACS reserves the right to cancel the workshop for insufficient enrollment. In this case, participants will be notified and will receive a full refund. If you feel ill or are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please remain at home.
